Reglan Lawsuits
Patients using the gastrointestinal drug Reglan (metoclopramide) have been found to develop the incurable disorder tardive dyskinesia. Also, there are no effective treatments for the symptoms of tardive dyskinesia. The symptoms of this disorder include involuntary movements and twitching of the eyes, lips, tongue or neck, and can even at times affect fingers and hands.
The original purpose of the drug was to treat Gastroparesis and aid with normal digestion. However, Reglan was never meant to be taken for longer than 3 months, and unfortunately doctors have been known to continue prescribing it longer than that time period because it was so effective.
If you’ve been injured by Reglan or Metoclopramide, you may be able to join our mass tort Reglan Lawsuit and receive a sizable settlement. Fill out our contact form and one of our legal representatives will set you up with a free legal evaluation.
